Krista L. Rush received her Juris Doctor from The University of North Carolina Central College of Law in 1999. Previously, Ms. Rush graduated from the University of Central Florida in 1992 with a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing.
She is a member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Ms. Rush is licensed to practice law in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is accredited to practice before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
She is a member of the Elder Law Section and the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar Association
Ms. Rush is also a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Florida.
